We use Sprinklr for connecting with our customers. It's a great tool and helps us in providing a great customer support experience, and the user interface and availability make our work easier to manage and document.

The best case scenario as per my use is customer support be it any platform. Sprinklr provides all the necessary tools and features required for providing the best customer support possible and that too with a seamless and easy-to-use user interface. Sprinklr is one of the best tools when it comes to UI and customer support.

I found listening dashboards particularly useful when I wanted to find hashtags and themes being discussed for a particular topic. The in-depth historical data provided by Sprinklr helps in determining the appropriate strategies. The dashboards used for peer comparison are also good. I was able to find detailed information about competitors of my company and their engagement rate on various social media platforms.

Within our organisation, we use Sprinklr as a full-service social platform, from asset management to publishing, and then social listening and reporting on our own content. The platform supports our global operation and allows us to sync these teams so everyone has access to the relevant assets, but then can also report on the performance on these assets through a bank of centralised reports, while Modern Research allows us to hear what's being discussed outside the organisation, so we can act on and understand our audience in real-time.

Sprinklr Modern Research offers us a good amount of coverage when we want to search for our chosen keywords or brand mentions across the wider social & news landscape. Certain platforms are of course harder to track than others, while others offer a huge amount of opportunity and Sprinklr does a fantastic job of visualising this. We find that image recognition is one area where there is room for improvement.

We use Sprinkler for day-to-day interaction with our users on social media. With Sprinkler we are able to communicate on a single platform with all the social media channels such as Twitter, Facebook, WhatsApp, Apple business chat, Google messenger, etc. The best part is all social media platforms can be communicated under a single tool. It's very easy to use and handle and also allows to share and receive documents. From a business perspective, Sprinkler helps a lot to manage the customers effectively and efficiently. This is a recommended tool to handle social media interaction with the customers. Also, the Sprinkler team is very supportive if any changes are required or in case of any other concerns it's addressed or priority and changes are done.

Using it to pull reports and provide insights on the social sentiment from the audience of our brand's social experience and from there add valuable insights to the business owners on what the community wants and best practice advice for marketing and advertisement. These monthly reports are the foundation to understand customer behavior, references and service experience as well as getting more insights from the sentiment of our customers.

Very good to merge your social media channels and moderate and engage from one platform. Also to pull and provide robust reporting with great visualization. Working in one of the most competitive brands in IT definitely requires a very reliable channel for us to conduct our operations. Being a manager in the social media engagement team, having access to real-time data and historical data is everything. With a user-friendly UI like Sprinklr, it makes managing and monitoring much easier. The real-time insights that we gain out of the reports are what help us drive our core metrics and KPIs on a daily basis with our frontline agents. It also helps us keep a check on the frontline productivity from time to time as we have access to real-time data from Sprinklr reporting dashboards.

We leverage Sprinklr for general listening, benchmarking, and research, and then turn those insights into visualizations through the Display module. We also leverage Presentations to provide real-time updating reports for internal stakeholders. We're able to understand not only what's being said about us, but what our competitors are doing from content performance to their customer response times. This helps us understand the environment and competitive set around us much easier.

  • Paid benchmarking requires an additional paid module. Understanding what's organic vs paid is difficult
Sprinklr has demonstrated itself to be a top performer for enterprise businesses. Most other products can't compete with the depth and breadth that Sprinklr offers. I don't want to manage ten different platforms with overlaps and varying metrics that conflict in reports. I want a single suite that provides everything I need and allows room for maturation. If Sprinklr doesn't provide something, it's likely not available through any competitor outside of some niche vendor. Competitors typically pitch me on how their competing platform is more simple to use, but Sprinklr is not that complicated once you spend a little time learning the basics. And where things may get complicated due to my own requests, I've had great success in the past year or so where Sprinklr steps in and helps me build or solve any struggles I may have.

The Sprinklr Modern Research was a very sophisticated tool. It can fetch all the conversations around social media with the keyword we set up. This is very helpful for us to track the brand as well as competitor position in terms of share of voice. But since it's a very advanced tool, the user also needs to have skilled tech skill. At least know how to operate the listening tools since it's not UX friendly

We primarily use it to listen to customer responses to product launches, events, Social campaigns, and general brand research.
  • Lots of access to sources that no other platform has
  • Super customizable reporting and widgets
  • Power users are able to customize things even more
  • More sources! I'm waiting to be able to listen to Tiktok specifically
  • Needs the ability to listen to responses around a particular post via url
  • Listening tends to go down a lot; not so much that it's impossible to work but it always tends to happen when I need a deadline turned around quick
I've yet to find any other tool that has something like the Network. I use that to create networks of profiles of users that fit certain criteria so that we can research and pull new potential influencers to reach out to for campaigns. I also love the Benchmarking AI that analyzes the tone and content of our posts/our competitors' posts; it's great for seeing what phrases we use too much of and how that affects CTR.

Our marketing department is the only one that uses Sprinklr Modern Research. If we identify any key insights that are worth sharing with other Business Units, we make sure to do so. We mainly use Sprinklr Modern Research for its Social Listening functionality, which lets us keep up with keywords and trends that social users are engaging with. This helps us make informed decisions when determining content to post about, so we can make sure it's timely, relevant, and is something that social users would be interested in. It also helps us determine key insights on our various social audiences, such as who else they follow and what their main interests are.

Sprinklr Modern Research is good for identifying keywords and topics that are being talked about on social media. We mostly use it for social listening, audience insights, and benchmarking. There's a fair amount of customization that you can set up for the different dashboards and reports. They can be a little difficult (not very intuitive) to set up, but once you get them set up, you can save them for the future and won't have to worry about setting them up again. I've used different social listening platforms in the past, and this one is about on par with the others. However, I like using Sprinklr Modern Research, as we already use Sprinklr for our paid and organic efforts. So it's nice to be able to use the same platform for all of our social endeavors.

Sprinklr was used within our department as we needed it for social media and our department expanded across different digital ventures. The insights were great for the CPG brand that I was working on as we were able to dive into Social Listening which was big. We were able to see how people were talking about the brand without the @ mention. Being able to see the top words used for the month/quarter was great and having the positive/negative word clouds helped out a lot with reporting. Our Sprinklr team built out dashboards specific to our needs which helped our social listening exceed expectations.
  • Product Insight — Being able to add in our products so we can have positive and negative insights.
  • Community Insights — We were able to watch out community and see what they were talking about.
  • Crisis Monitoring — Being able to have dashboards that would monitor for crises across the internet.
  • Outages — All tools have outages but better communication on these would be helpful.
  • Teaching us how to make our own dashboards would be helpful in times of crises.
It's great for social listening and being able to monitor. Being able to dive into the audience's mind and find content that will work for them is positive. Sprinklr does lack on the Instagram side due to the Instagram API but that's about it. The other social platforms pull in great.

It's being used by multiple parts of the business, multiple different teams, around 20 users overall.

It solves a number of business problems, predominantly around us organizing our social media better - pushing out campaigns, measuring performance, etc. We are just starting to move into areas where we can also use it to listen to social chatter.

Different departments are using different packages and elements of the product - which is great, but also a challenge because not everyone is aware of the full capabilities.

Scheduling it is fantastic for. Has made a big difference across multiple departments and made things run much more smoothly. Their social listening capabilities look impressive, but we have yet to fully test them. Their sales approach can be pushy, which makes me less likely to recommend, and their customer service can be great or just middling, depending on how valuable the sales team consider that particular user.

Sprinklr is used by the Marketing, Member Service, and Analytics departments. Marketing uses it to schedule and publish social media content, the Care team moderates and engages with the responses to those posts and tags them, and all three departments use the data it generates. It helps us reach members on social media and gives us the ability to provide near real-time reports on the topics and sentiments that they are communicating with us about.
  • Sprinklr makes monitoring the company social media sites incredibly easy.
  • The ability to customize tagging info makes it easy to track things that pertain specifically to the interests of our business.
  • The reporting and analytics could stand to be more user-friendly. The Glossary of the different metrics in the system has many items that have no listed definition.
  • With multiple users sharing a dashboard, it isn't easy to see if a filter has been changed by another user, which could skew the data in a report.
  • Communicating with the Support team can be difficult when a help ticket is needed, as there is sometimes a barrier in communication -- not in language, but in regards to terminology and jargon.
The customizable tagging makes it extremely easy to track specific concerns and find specific examples of certain types of questions, complaints, compliments, etc. The user interface makes it easy to view relevant info without having to click around to multiple screens.
